There are many ways you can support the Glasgow & Clyde Rape Crisis Centre. We have a wide range of volunteering opportunities from fundraising to working on our telephone helpline.

If you have some time you can spare and want to learn a valuable range of skills you could consider training to be a volunteer on our helpline services.

We will train you to use our telephone helpline, do email support and use our instant messaging support service. Our training is designed to give you the skills to work on our challenging helpline and looks at issues such as the impact of sexual violence, trauma and domestic abuse.

Our training is free of charge but in exchange we expect a commitment from you to work a minimum of 12 hours per month for at least 12 months after training ends. For more information about volunteering please call us on 0141 552 3201 or 08088 00 00 14. You can also email us.

When we’re recruiting for new volunteer training we’ll post the important dates in our news section. You can also email with your contact information to register your interest.
