Getting in touch whilst abroad

If you’re on holiday, travelling, working or living overseas as a British national, you can still access emotional and therapeutic support from us.

We work with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to offer up to three crisis support sessions. These sessions can take place by phone, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom – whatever works best for you.

We can also offer up to three sessions for friends or family members who may need support.
