Prevention and Education Service – Rosey
We offer a prevention and education service for the benefit of children, young people and learners participating in further and higher education in the Glasgow and Clyde area.
This service is known as Rosey, which stands for Rape Crisis Offering Support and Education to Young People.
Trauma-informed, skills-practice-focused training is important for both young people and members of staff in academic, education and community-led institutions. Through our education and prevention services, we promote social norms that protect women and girls against violence and help create secure environments for all.
Our prevention and education team deliver a range of gender-based violence prevention and education workshops in youth and education settings. They also develop and deliver tailored workshops and training sessions for adults including parents, youth workers and teachers.
